Luis Ortiz y Lars Ullrich son los artistas detras de esta fabrica industrial de errores y probabilidades creada a traves de grabaciones manipuladas, ruido estático, feedbacks, instrumentos manipulados y la utilizacion de herramientas e instrumentos creados mediante un entorno de desarrollo gráfico para música y multimedia. 
La ideología detrás de éste proyecto se centra en la creación de arte sonoro y en la exploración de una música carente de intención.
El trabajo de Fehlfaktor explota las propiedades físicas del sonido, su causalidad con la percepción humana y las matemáticas como música, tiempo y espacio.
Los conciertos de FF son una fusión de arte visual y experimentación sonora..
Luis Ortiz and Lars Ullrich are the artists behind this industrial factory of errors and probabilities created through manipulated recordings, noise, feedbacks, and the use of tools and instruments created through a graphical development environment for music and multimedia.
The ideology behind this project focuses on the creation of sound art and the exploration of a music devoid of intent.
The work of Fehlfaktor exploits the physical properties of sound, its causality with human perception and mathematics as music, time and space.
FF concerts are a fusion of art visual and sound experimentation.
